Effects of Nursing Service Results on Structural Characteristics of Nursing Homes

Abstract

|
Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the relationship of nursing services and care services result in accordance with the structural characteristics of aged care facilities.
Method: Research aimed at an agency to match conditions and self-report questionnaire were used. Obtained data were analyzed by SPSS/WIN 18.0 program.
Result: For relationships between nursing service provision and nursing service provision results, had a positive correlation in nursing service. As factors affecting the nurse personnel makeup were shown to have influence in Model 1 (t=6.359, p<0.01) and Model 2 (t=5.494, p<0.01).
Conclusion: In order to ensure the qualitative level of nurses and healthcare providers in the Korean elderly care facilities, there is a need to strengthen the placement of nurses.
